Every spot on the board is determined strictly by cumulative dollar investment ($USD). The highest bid commands Rank #1 (The Sovereign Spot). Minimum bid to join the board is $5.00.
Rule 2: Outbid Displacement
When another product outbids you, they immediately take your rank. Your product moves down to the exact spot your bid qualifies for. You retain lifetime placement on the board unless displaced below the board threshold.
Rule 3: The Top-Up Upgrade Discount
Existing bidders never have to repay full price. If you previously paid $50 and want to claim the #1 spot currently held at $75, you only need to pay the delta ($25 + $1 = $26) to claim Rank #1.
Rule 4: 1-Click Magic Reclaim Alerts
When outbid, founders receive an instant transactional alert with a signed 1-Click Magic Reclaim Link that pre-calculates the exact live delta needed to retake their former spot.
Rule 5: Tie-Breaker Algorithm
If two participants bid the exact same dollar amount, the earliest confirmed timestamp holds the higher rank position.

All outbound links are rendered as genuine HTML rel="noopener follow" passing full domain authority and organic referral equity.
