1. Public Leaderboard Metadata
When you submit an advertising placement, you authorize public display of your Product Name, Destination URL, Category, Twitter/X Handle, and Bid Amount on the live leaderboard and embeddable SVG badges.
2. Payment & Billing Data
All checkout transactions are processed by Dodo Payments Inc. (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). Your email and payment details are processed under Dodo Payments Privacy Policy. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
3. Cookie-Free Presence Beacons
We do not use invasive tracking cookies. To display active visitor counts, we use temporary technical session identifiers (traffic_session_id stored in browser localStorage) that automatically expire after 45 seconds of inactivity.
4. Outbid Notifications & Communications
If you provide an email address during placement, it is utilized exclusively to deliver transactional displacement alerts, Magic Reclaim links, and payment confirmations. We do not sell or rent contact information to third parties.
5. User Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
